4C Leadership

4C’s Chair and Vice-Chair provide leadership and representation for the Collaborative, ensuring its mission and priorities move forward. The Chair serves as the primary voice, representing the Collaborative at meetings, hearings, and public events, while also overseeing the management team. The Vice-Chair supports these efforts and steps in tandem and when the Chair is unavailable, ensuring continuity in leadership. Together, they guide the strategic direction and operations of the Central Coast Climate Collaborative.

4C Management Team

The Central Coast Climate Collaborative selected Farallon Strategies as the Network Manager. Farallon Strategies is a California small micro-business, Certified B Corp, and 1% for the Planet Business Partner focused on climate change and community resilience initiatives in the public and nonprofit sectors. The Farallon Strategies team is led by Julia Kim, Prati Rosen, and Michael McCormick. Their team is closely tied to the Central Coast as a place to live, work, and play, and they are all invested in creating a more equitable, sustainable, and resilient region.
